Highlands Coffee Co. was born from a simple conviction: that the best moments happen slowly — over a perfectly pulled espresso, a pastry fresh from the oven, or a conversation with a neighbor you've just met.
Tucked along West Market Street in the heart of Johnson City, we've built a space where craft coffee meets community. Our beans are sourced from small farms, our pastries are baked daily in-house, and our shelves carry a curated selection of groceries and pantry staples you won't find anywhere else in town.
